First lesson of buying typical Vietnamese ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson. After the market visit, is 25minutes cruising with the Red Bridge boat on Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Chance to view local river life.
On arrival, exploring the cooking school’s herb -vegetable garden before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes, which is the mix of Vietnam and Chinese cuisine. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is firstly demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s before you prepare the same dish yourself. We will later enjoy exactly what we have cooked. Tour then ends by a Hoian river cruise back Hoian town.
